OPEN POSITIONS:           PERMANENT SUBSTITUTE

START DATE:                   2025-2026 school year

 

POSITION SALARY:         $32,270 ANNUALLY

 

WORK SCHEDULE:           5 DAYS PER WEEK, 180 DAYS 

 

PRIMARY FUNCTION:    Permanent Substitute serves as a key educational team member assigned to a specific school tier (reporting locations) within the district. Working five days per week, this role provides consistent and reliable coverage in teacher and/or paraprofessional capacities as needed. Assignments may be long-term or day-to-day, ensuring students have a safe, secure, and stable learning environment during the regular staff members absence.
                                     
QUALIFICATIONS: 

• Valid Substitute Certificate or MO Teaching Certificate
• Experience in teaching or paraprofessional roles preferred
• Ability to manage diverse classrooms and maintain student engagement.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility and adaptability to accept a variety of assignments within the assigned tier/school.
