OPEN POSITION:                    Maintenance – Full-Time
              
PRIMARY FUNCTION:      This position requires an individual to perform a variety of skilled tasks in the maintenance trades for the repair and improvement of buildings, grounds and related District facilities.   
 
PAY RATE STARTING AT:        $18.00/hour
 
QUALIFICATIONS:        

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Experience in general mechanic work.
• Possess and maintain a valid Missouri Driver’s License.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Electrical, communication & data wiring.
• Security system knowledge.
• Plumbing; carpentry; small equipment operation.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
